Registration and Tuition Fees
One-Time Registration Fee: $200 (non-refundable)
$150 for enrolled sibling
(includes snacks, t-shirt and yearbook)
Monthly Tuition: $175
10% tuition discount for enrolled sibling.

Registration
If registering online, click "Pay Tuition Online", under "fund", scroll down to LH Registration to pay the fee. Then please email your completed Registration Form
to the Director, tammy@fbcburk.com or mail in to address listed above.
Once the the director has received your form and payment the Admission Packet will be emailed to you or you may come by the church office to pick one up. Church Office hours are 8:30-4:30 Mon-Thurs and 8:30-12:30 Friday. The packet must be filled out and turned in before school begins on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
